Tijuana Sound Machine

Great CD, I love the electronic beats that get you dancing when you really don't want to. This new Mexican sound is sure to captivate you for hours and make you into a fan of their music. I highly recommend the track "Tijuana Sound Machine", and overall this album will have you begging for more. Go get it!!!

I'm a fan of a lot of the NORTEC MOVEMENT and what it represents. TIJUANA SOUND MACHINE - from two out of the four members, represents largely where i think culturally the relationship between Mexico and America is heading [hopefully]: A more progressive one that is accessible and still honors both sides, creating something entirely fresh. I REALLY love the accessibility of a track like "BROWN BIKE" - which is unlike any Nortec song I've heard - but I also like "THE CLAP" - no pun intended - because of how it layers the Norteno in there - and also, (!!!) how it then is enhanced and taken to the next level with the electronic tricks. Pick this album up!

The new album "Tijuana Sound Machine" will not disappoint Latin electronica fans. Great beats, innovative concept, nice songcraft. My favorite tracks are "Tijuana Sound Machine" and "Brown Bike" but the album is solid across the board.
