The Club

As a long time Nick Lowe fan (I own Pure Pop for Now People on the original vinyl and saw Rockpile perform live), I find this song to be a nice example of his work. His songs have gotten a bit more complex melodically--sorry Nick (the reviewer above)-- and have less poppy themes, but it is a sign of maturity.

This is not the best thing he's ever done, but is up there with the best. Worth a listen.

This song was absolutely horrible! It was very distasteful and lacked structure. I do not recommend this song for anyone. In fact, if every CD Nick Lowe made exploded, I wouldn't have a problem! It's terrible. Do not buy or get this song! WARNING WARNING don't buy!
